Phase 2: 10 Farms to Schools

Ten new school farm classrooms, with a campaign goal of $1.4 million. That is about $140,000 each, and every classroom can be funded by one partner or by several.

    Underwrite one classroom from install to first harvest, with naming recognition at the school.

Questions partners ask

Is my gift tax-deductible?
Yes. Community Green Farms is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 87-4305116), so gifts are tax-deductible to the extent the law allows. Check with your tax adviser for your situation.
How is recognition handled?
Recognition is agreed with you up front, for example naming at the school for a fully funded classroom. Tell us what fits your organization and we will work it out together.
Can we visit a farm?
Yes. Tours are available on request. Email or call us and we will set one up.
Can we fund a specific school or community?
Yes. If you have a school or community in mind, talk to us and we will look at how to make it happen.
